For many years we have cooperated with universities and colleges from all over Europe (Belgium, the Czech republic, Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany, Finland, sweden, France and Turkey). Within the Erasmus Programme we have hosted many students as well as visiting professors, who have taken part in conferences, seminars and meetings, and conducted lectures.
Erasmus students may participate in courses in English offered not only by the Faculty of Education, but also by other departments of the University of Warsaw. Youth and Social Policy, an European Perspective, British Studies, Turning Points in the History of Education or Intercultural Dialogue are only just a few courses taught in English. Visiting students can participate in courses organised by the Centre for Foreign Language Teaching and the Centre of Polish Language and Culture for Foreigners “Polonicum”, which is the oldest institution of that kind in Poland.
