Call for submissions: December 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025
Submissions open: December 1, 2024

Deadline for early submissions: April 30, 2025
Notification of acceptance: April 30, 2025 (early submissions acceptance)
Registration opens: May 1, 2025 (to receive discount, payment needs to be made by May 31)

Deadline for late submissions: June 30, 2025
Notification of acceptance: June 30, 2025 (Regular submissions acceptance)
Registration opens: July 1, 2025 (payments need to be made by Spetember 1, 2025)

Possibility of late submissions June 30-Spetember 1, only in exceptional situations.

Pre-conference activities: September 24 (Wednesday), 2025

International Day of Peace (date to be announced)

Possible site-visits: Sept 22-23 (information will be available)

Main Conference: September 25-26 (Thursday-Friday), 2025

Separate (optional) Post-conference activities: Citizens’ roundtables “Responsive insititutions, responsive communities”: September 27 (Saturday 10.00 am – 1.00 pm), 2025.
There are planned citizens’ groups in Polish (in person) and in English (online). If citizens from other countries arrive to Poland, there is possibility for English in-person round tables. Lunch will be provided for participants of in-person meeting. Separate application will be provided, participation is free of charge, application is necessary and will be provided closer to the event.
