Submit your proposal(s) via provided online form (link to be included soon).

Early submissions deadline: March 31, 2025

Late submissions deadline: May 31,2025

Paper: Proposals should consist of an abstract of up to 250 words including the aim, the content summary, and the discussion, as well as an extended summary of up to 650 words (including references). The extended summary will be used for review purposes only. Theoretical papers are welcome.

Symposium/Panel: Proposals should consist of an abstract of up to 500 words informing about the objectives of the symposium. Proposals for each symposium presentation should consist of maximum 3 presentations, a summary of up to 800 words (including references). The chairperson is responsible for collecting and submitting all symposium details, including general information and paper contributions.
