Email Account Reactivation

Dear Sir or Madam,

Pursuant to the Rector’s Ordinance regarding the Regulations for the Creation, Deactivation, and Use of the University of Warsaw’s Email Service,

the University of Warsaw email accounts belonging to:

1. individuals whose employment with the University has ended, unless the termination resulted from retirement or disability retirement;
2. individuals who have graduated, have been removed from the list of students or doctoral candidates, or whose doctoral degree proceedings have been concluded;
3. collaborators affiliated with the University,

have been deactivated.

If, for important reasons, the former account holder requires temporary access to the account for one week in order to secure or retrieve their data, they should submit a request to the Dean by sending it to one of the email addresses below:

• Full-time (daytime) studies: a.tokarzewska@uw.edu.pl or j.zaremba4@uw.edu.pl
• Part-time studies: i.kowalak@uw.edu.pl
• Postgraduate studies and collaborators: a.szewczyk@uw.edu.pl
