Invitation to the methodological training “Mini EDUball” within the Learning by Moving project
Dear Sir or Madam, Students, PhD Candidates, and Staff of the Faculty of Education,
We are pleased to invite you to participate in another training session implemented within the project “Learning by Moving. Innovative and interdisciplinary teaching methods in preschool and early childhood education.”
The training is dedicated to the Mini EDUball/Mini BRAINball method, a unique form of cognitive-motor training based on games in which participants simultaneously perform cognitive tasks and hand movements. The cognitive tasks include performing mathematical operations, processing the alphabet in memory, dividing letters into consonants and vowels, memorizing specific information, following given rules, and analyzing information placed on balls. The motor tasks include, among others, rolling a ball with selected fingers, searching for balls with the hands, catching, and throwing bouncing balls.
The training provides ready-to-use tools for working with groups, enabling the introduction of effective movement-based games that facilitate everyday teaching and support children’s development.
Both the online lecture and on-site workshops will be conducted in Polish.
