Md Mirajur Rhaman Shaoan is pursuing a PhD in Education at the University of Warsaw in Poland. He is a member of the Asian Education Doctoral Student Institute (AEDSI). He is a journal reviewer for several Q1 SSCI journals, including the Sage Open, ECNU Review of Education, the European Journal of Educational Research, the Journal of Teaching and Learning, and the International Journal of Research Publication. He is a certified TESOL (Teacher of English to Speakers of Other Languages) teacher. He obtained his TESOL certificate from Global TESL College in Canada. His research interests encompass various aspects of migration studies and early childhood education, with a particular focus on the impact of families on children's social development and cognitive abilities. Additionally, he is interested in policy analysis, shadow education, graduate education in adult and early childhood education, inclusive education, and teacher education. He is skilled at designing and facilitating learning activities that deliver knowledge, skills, and values in management and social work.
