Naszym gościem będzie prof. Dorit Tubin. Temat wykładu: School success and failure – research, policy, and practice

The effectiveness of schools can be classified into three categories: successful, coasting, and failing, based on students’ achievement and climate measures. The principal plays a crucial role in determining the effectiveness of the school by restructuring the core organizational routine, setting priorities and values, and gaining environmental legitimacy and support. However, principals may encounter various professional and personal obstacles to achieving this goal.

Dorit Tubin is an associate professor at Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Israel, where she chairs the organizational counselling preparation program in the School of Education. Her research interests revolve around educational organizations, including school effectiveness, educational leadership, professional development for principals and teachers, innovative learning environments, and the impact of national culture on schooling.
