Psychological resilience: how to deal with stress?

Stress is a daily and perhaps inevitable companion of modern life. What is the impact of stress on the students’ daily life and their motivation? What are the main factors that depress students, and how to recognize them? During the lecture, the characteristics of students’ stress and successful ways of overcoming them are discussed.
